In January 2026, Susmita was selected as one of a small group of Australian Bupa nurses to participate in the prestigious Bupa UK Clinical Exchange Program — an immersive 10-week clinical placement at Bupa's world-class campus in the United Kingdom.
This highly competitive program is designed to expose selected nurses to international healthcare standards, advanced clinical simulation, and UK-specific nursing practices — broadening their expertise and bringing back world-class knowledge to the Australian aged care sector.
